UAB Business Gates organised a visit of Turkish steel exporters to Lithuania: presentations and B2B meetings between Turkish manufacturers and Lithuanian companies at Grand Hotel Vilnius. The organisers needed material that would show the scale of the event to partners and future participants.

We both filmed and photographed the event. From the footage we edited a short highlight film and a vertical reel for social media. In the photos we captured the speakers, the negotiations at the tables and the details: the table flags, the branding, the thank-you presentations.

We kept one colour tone across both formats, so the photos and the video look like one set and can be used together: on the website, in press releases and in reports to partners.

What we did: event filming, editing, colour grading, vertical reel, reportage photography, photo selection and processing.
